Mr. Matusow is a Senior Operations Advisor at Shackleton Equity Partners. Mr. Matusow assists us in evaluation opportunities in the technology hardware and software industries. He participates in conducting financial, operational and industry due diligence.

Mr. Matusow has worked in the Point of Sale market for over 15 years, as well as managing and creating successful consultancies. David has developed embedded communication products for a major manufacturer, designed large-scale network architecture including the design and development of new network architectures and the deployment of financial networks used by banks and processors throughout the world. He has developed systems to service and track hardware and software used by thousands of servers in some of the largest data centers and has operated global data centers. He has consulted to Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Sun, AT&T, as well as financial services companies including First Data, eFunds, HSBC, and many others.

Mr. Matusow has also worked on several technical acquisition teams, as well as the creation of a wholly owned corporation for a major manufacturer. He has done fiscal analysis to ensure a rational decision making process is in place and that finances are properly managed. This work required working with CFO, EVP, and CEO offices to ensure due diligence.
