Mr. Lane is a Senior Advisor at Shackleton Equity Partners. Mr. Lane has a proven track record for leading and building successful teams and organizations and turning around those that are not. He is an expert at driving businesses forward in startup, high growth and merger and acquisition situations. Accomplished in all phases of operations; Bob has been recognized for outstanding achievements leading programs ranging from $10 million to $250 million for Fortune 400 companies and entrepreneurial enterprises.

Bob has been privileged to travel the world to collaborate and work with more than 200 companies across Asia, Europe, Mexico and the United States. This broad experience brings an insightful, diverse and global approach to his work and has provided Bob an extensive knowledge with technology, human relations and supply chains.

Mr. Lane received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a professional certificate in Construction and Architectural engineering from the University of California at San Diego. He completed advanced Japanese manufacturing education and Lean training with Sony in Japan and Shingo Lean Six Sigma training with Textron in the United States.
